Check in it’s the process of identification and the registration of the guests data. If this information it’s previously given to the Hotel, when arriving we will request for the ID or passport to confirm the data and the payment shall be done in case it wasn’t done previously.
A few days before your arrival, you are going to receive an e-mail informing about tour services and a form. The form shall be filled and returned to the Hotel. By doing this process, you will spare time and avoid agglomerations at the Reception. Check your inbox previously.

If you don’t any amount to pay, just go to the reception and hand over your room key.
If you have na amount to pay, you shall inform us the time that you are going to leave so we can prepare the bill and avoid agglomerations at the Reception.
How will the breakfast take place?
HOW WILL THE BREAKFAST TAKE PLACE?
Depending of the number of guests, the breakfast will be served à La Carte or Assisted Buffet, keeping the quality and variety.
Complying with the orientations of the Directorate-General of Health, we have reduced the capacity of the restaurant allowing a bigger distance between the tables. The placement of the tableware will be done at the moment of your arrival, in your presence. The Schedule of the breakfast will be extended to allow you to enjoy the most importante meal of the day and to guarantee the correct sanitation of the restaurant.
In the days that the number of guests at the breakfast surpasses the capacity of the restaurant, we will work with reservation of tables subject to schedule availability.
WHAT DOES ASSISTED BUFFET MEANS?
It will be a buffet with the same quality and variety as always, the difference beeing that, everytime that it’s possible, privilegie the prodution and packaging of the products in individual doses. The exposure of the products complies with all the hygiene requirements and food security, allowing the guests it’s visualization and selection without the normal contact. It will be the staff to put the products at the guests disposal.
How will Lunch and Dinner take place?
At this time, we will not have the restaurant open. The lobby bar will be open from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm with a snack service.
WILL ALL THE MEAL FACILITIES STRUCTURE BE DISPOSED AT IT’S NORMAL FORMAT?
All of our meal rooms (bar) comply with the proper distance between tables, reducing it’s capacity.

What is the best form of contact during the stay?
The guest shall privilege the following ways of contact: via telephone in the room, calling the reception.
Is it necessary to pre-book an entry time to take advantage of the outdoor pool space?
Yes. For your comfort and safety, the entrance to the space where the outdoor pool is located will work in shifts, in order to guarantee the recommended number of people in the same space simultaneously. Make your reservation daily privileging the contact with the reception through the telephone of your room. The hotel reserves the right to always and when it deems necessary to manage the number of people, in case the capacity of customers exceeds.
Personal protective equipment
Do I have to use a mask in the public spaces of the Hotel?
Yes, the use of mask it’s necessary in the public inside spaces of the Hotel. It is mandatory to wear a mask in public spaces, outside the hotel, whenever the physical distance recommended by health authorities proves to be impractical, for at least three months ( until January, 23rd, 2021)
In case I forget my mask or I damaged or lost it, can I buy one at the Hotel?
Yes, of course! In case there is no one with you that can go to the Reception, you shall contact us though the telephone of your room or through other available channel and we will deliver the mask to your room for your safety and convenience. The mask will have a cost.
Will all the Staff wear a mask?
Yes, all of our staff will be wearing a mask, promoting health and safety for everyone who visits us. Behind every maks will be the same smile as always.
Will I be able to sanitize my hands before and after the meals?
Yes, you can and it’s reccomended that you do.
Is there disinfectant gel dispensers at the Hotel?
Yes, we do have disinfectant gel dispensers available in the main public areas of the Hotel.
The cleaning of the rooms will be done as always?
Yes, our cleaning standards will be the same but now well have extra measures complying with all the orientations of the Directorate-General of Health. In long stays, we will aks you if you wish that you room it’s cleaned daily. We are happy to keep doing it!
Changing Layout Spaces
Will I be able to modify the structure of the places, pulling tables and chairs?
No. The furniture layout was planed to comply with the necessary distance between people and tables. By changing the layout you can compromise the safety of the place. For your convenience, you shall request the staff to help you and we will attend everytime that it’s possible.
Procedures in case of suspicion
In case of suspicion or suggestive signs or symptoms of Covid-19, how shall I proceed?
In case you suspect that you are developing or feeling suggestive symptoms of Covid-19, you shall not leave your room, informing the reception of your concerns, and contact the Portuguese Line of Health (808 24 24 24) or other ways created to this matter and proceed as the instructions given to you on the phone.
WHICH SPACES AND/OR SERVICES ARE STILL CLOSED?
The spaces that are not yet open are the Restaurant and SPA. It is, for all services open, recommended to make a prior appointment for your comfort and safety.The Restaurant will open only upon prior reservation and in sufficient numbers for its reopening to be viable. The bar will be open from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm with a snack service.
